Stereo Trigger to DIN8 Female Cable – Safe 12V Control for Bang & Olufsen Beolab

This stereo trigger to DIN8 female cable is specifically designed to safely control Bang & Olufsen Beolab loudspeakers using receivers or streamers equipped with a 12V DC trigger output.
The cable features a built-in resistor that converts the 12V trigger signal to 4.3V, which is the correct and safe trigger voltage for Beolab speakers. This prevents damage to the internal Beolab electronics while ensuring reliable automatic power switching.
The 3.5 mm mini-jack connects to the 12V DC-Out (trigger) of a receiver or streamer. The DIN8 female connector allows connection of one Powerlink cable. By using a Powerlink Y-cable, two Beolab loudspeakers (left and right) can be connected easily.
This setup enables the Beolab speakers to automatically switch on and off in sync with the receiver or streaming device.

Hum or noise across the trigger jack?
Try to put this lead between the trigger, disconnect the ground.


These cables do not work with the Beolab5, 50, or 90.
