Returns
When you have received a product but still refrain from buying,
You can easily return them.
Download the PDF file,
Enter the details and return the package to the address you find on the form.
The return costs are for your own account.
It may happen that you want to return an order.
Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After a cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including our shipping costs.
Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be taken over to the entrepreneur.
To use this right, you can contact us via info@powmascables.com.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you.
What is reduction in value?
Products that we sell new must be able to be offered to customers as new upon return.
If it appears that products are damaged, broken or can no longer be used, we apply a compensation scale of 100% to 0%.
Products that are neatly removed from the packaging and completely closed will be reimbursed 100%.
If it appears during our inspection that the manual or other accessories are missing, we are forced to reduce the compensation by percentages for the refund.
The number of reductions in percentages depends on the product, the absence of a remote control can easily amount to a 30% reduction.
You are responsible for our products during the withdrawal period.
So treat the product with care.
When returning, make sure that the product is delivered to us complete and complete.

That is no problem at all.
You can contact info@powmascables.com for this.
However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

“Various products that you purchase via this webshop are custom-made according to the specifications you have accepted.
The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable.

In order to process your return as well and quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in the pdf form and send it along (2nd page) open the *pdf file here (can be filled in neatly via acrobat reader) WITHOUT THIS FORM WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT!
